Robogun
The state-of-the-art innovation, ROBOGUN hot repairing technology, is a uniquely engineered solution by Asmas for hot gunning applications into EAF, BOF, and ladle with premium Ferrogun mixes. ROBOGUN can be used for complete repairs reaching any part of the vessel and partial repairs such as the highest erosion areas behind the EAF slag door. ROBOGUN also includes an optional feature to process EAF fettling repairs. Its longer service life lowers refractory cost per ton of steel. ROBOGUN Hot repairing system consists of below main units:- Robogun: Sprays gunning material to required zone inside the EAF at automatic (1) / manual mode.
- Batchgun: Consists of Pressure Vessel and feeding hopper. Treat the gunning material by increasing pressure and transfers to Robogun.
- Control Cabinets: provides all supplies such as Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.
